They may not be sold, traded, or gifted. • No Refunds: Due to the custom-made nature of these physical goods, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. • Verification: We reserve the right to request official government-issued identification to verify your identity before shipping any physical card or granting backstage access. 3. Meet & Greet and Professional Conduct • Possession of a membership card does not guarantee a private meeting unless explicitly stated in your tier benefits. • All interactions, whether in-person or digital, must remain professional. Harassment, stalking, or inappropriate behavior will result in a lifetime ban without a refund. • Security personnel have the final authority to refuse entry to any "Member-Only" area if safety protocols are not followed. 4. Intellectual Property • All content on this site, including images of Sophie Cunningham, logos, and card designs, is the property of SC8 Official. • Fans are granted a limited license for personal use only; commercial use of the player’s likeness is strictly prohibited.
